Subject: DISPLAY OF SERVICE CARDS BEFORE ENTERING INTO PUNJAB CIVIL SECRETARIAT, LAHORE
I am directed to refer to the subject noted above and to state that keeping in view the prevailing security scenario in the country and the threat perception to the Government offices, the Competent Authority has instructed mandatory display of service cards for all the employees during their visit / attending their offices to Punjab Civil Secretariat, so that differentiation can be made between the officials and visitors. The said instruction of the competent authority shall be strictly followed and no official shall be permitted to visit to Civil Secretariat without conspicuous display of his service card.
2. It is therefore, requested that the above instructions may bedisseminated to all the offices / officials working under your administrative control.
