Digital Shift in Government Billing: SEHAL Training Announced for D.I. Khan Officers:
In a progressive move toward e-governance, the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has announced a mandatory training session for the implementation of the Online Billing Solution (SEHAL). This initiative is spearheaded by the District Accounts Officer, Dera Ismail Khan, and aims to modernize and digitize the billing procedures within government departments.
According to the latest Government Notification, all Drawing and Disbursing Officers (DDOs) in the D.I. Khan district are required to attend the training sessions scheduled on 16th & 17th April 2025. Participants must also submit a duly completed Logical Access Request Form, which is to be handed in on the day of the training. This move is a significant step toward digital transformation in the public sector.

SUBJECT: TRAINING ON IMPLEMENTATION OF ONLINE BILLING SOLUTION (SEHAL) – PRPOFORMA.
Reference subject cited above and to stat that as per Directions of the Government, a training session on the implementation of On-line Billing Solution (SEHAL) has been scheduled for 16th & 17th April,2025.
You are requested to please make it convenient and nominate your office representative to undergo the aforementioned training as per scheduled program.
In this regard, a “Logical Access Request Form” proforma is enclosed herewith which may please be filled in and submit the same to the trainee officers on the training day duly completed in all respect.
