PECTAA Organizes Master Trainer FLN Training for 12 Punjab Districts:
In a major step toward improving foundational education, the Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) has officially released a new government notification regarding a three-day training program under the TALEEM Programme. This initiative targets 293 Assistant Education Officers (AEOs) from 12 districts, who will be trained as Master Trainers (MTs) in Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN).
The training will be held in two batches at the PECTAA head office, located on Link Wahdat Road, Lahore. Batch-I (14–16 May 2025) will train AEOs from Rahim Yar Khan, Muzaffargarh, D.G. Khan, and Pakpattan, while Batch-II (19–21 May 2025) will include officers from Bahawalpur, Rajanpur, Bahawalnagar, Lodhran, Bhakkar, Layyah, Mianwali, and Chiniot.

2- I am directed to state that Training and Certification Unit of Punjab Education, Curriculum, Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) is organizing a three-day training program for 293 Assistant Education Officers (AEOs) as Master Trainers (MTs) of Foundational Literacy and Numeracy (FLN) under TALEEM programme.
3- The training is scheduled to be held w.e.f 14-05-2025 to 16-05-2025 (Batch- 1), 19-05-2025 to 21-05-2025 (Batch-II) respectively at Punjab Education Curriculum Training & Assessment Authority (PECTAA) head office link Wahdat Road, Lahore. In total 293 Master Trainers (MTs) from the following 12 districts i.e. Bahawalnagar, Bahawalpur, Bhakkar, Chiniot, D.G. Khan, Layyah, Lodhran, Mianwali, Muzaffargarh, Pakpattan, Rahim Yar Khan, and Rajanpur will participate in the training as per the following schedule:

4. I am further directed to request you to relieve the Master Trainers (MTs) (list enclosed) to attend the training in accordance with the training schedule.
5. The defunct District Regional Program Managers (RPMs) are also requested to coordinate with DEAS concerned and defunct QAED Head/Principals (district field PECTAA) to ensure the attendance of MTs as per aforementioned training schedule.
