Punjab Land Records Authority Warns Against Unauthorized Blockage in Land Records System: Disciplinary Actions for Non-Compliance-Notification

Subject:       DIRECTIONS FOR STATUS QUO/BLOCKAGE CASES

With reference to the above cited subject, it is directed that in all the cases of stay orders from competent courts, the concerned ADLR /LRO, after reading the court orders with due diligence, shall pass exclusive directions on the application submitted by the applicant. The concerned SCO shall enter it into the CLRMIS as per directions of the ADLR/LRO and contents of the court order.

2.            It is clarified that no blockage into CLRMIS will be carried out without appropriate orders from competent court /authority. Any violation in this regard may attract disciplinary action against the delinquents.
