As part of the ongoing efforts by the School Education Department to enhance the professional development of teachers, a Training Need Assessment (TNA) test is scheduled to be conducted for all teachers across the district. The purpose of this assessment is to identify the training needs and skill gaps that can be addressed through future capacity-building programs.

You are hereby directed to take responsibility for the organization and smooth execution of this TNA test in your respective areas and institutions. The details are as follows:

• Date of Test: Start from Friday 25^th 2024
• Target Group: All teachers across the district (print, middle, high, and higher secondary levels)
• Organizer: School Education Department in collaboration with District Education Authority

Responsibilities or DEOs, Dy. DEOs and concerned Schools heads

1. Coordination: Ensure effective communication suit all heads of schools regarding the test date, time, and venue.
2. Monitoring: Oversee the test arrangements in schools within your jurisdiction and ensure compliance with the instructions provided by the School Education Department.
3. Reporting: Submit a consolidated report of the test proceedings to the District Education Authority, highlighting any challenges faced.
