The following School timing shall be observed upon opening of schools after summer vacation on 15.08.2024. A. In response to a question, the Director General (FIR) informed the Board that the regular employees of the company are in BPS grades, and IESCO follows the same BPS grades as applicable to government employees. The Board discussed the matter and approved the adoption of the Off. Memorandums (O.Ms.) issued by the Finance Division (Regulation Wing) Government of Pakistan, which grant Adhoc Relief Allowance-2024 and an increase in pensions to Government employees. No. SO(ER-II)2-1/2024 GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJAB SCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT Dated Lahore the 12th August, 2024 Subject:   HANDING OVER OF INVENTORY AND SCHOOLS TO SUCCESSFUL LICENSEES BY THE CONCERNED DISTRICT EDUCATION AUTHORITIES (DEAS) Please refer to the subject cited above and in continuation of letter dated 23.05.2024 regarding Preparation of inventory sheets of the schools under Public Schools Reorganization Program (PSRP) issued by PMIU-PESRP (copy enclosed). 2.              I am directed to state that Inventory sheets be prepared all zero, single, and two-teacher schools in your respective district, using the attached inventory sheet form and to Constitute tehsil-level committees comprising Deputy District Education Officers and Assistant Education Officers for signing the inventory sheets and properly handing over operational management to successful licensees of Punjab Education Foundation.
