In line with the directives of the Worthy Chief Secretary Balochistan, an urgent notification has been issued to all Deputy Commissioners (DCs) serving as Chairmen of District Recruitment Committees (DRCs) and District Education Officers (DEOs). This directive emphasizes the completion of the recruitment process for contract-based teachers and those appointed through the Sardar Bahadur Khan Women’s University (SBK-WU), Quetta, within a strict timeline of one week. Notification Describes; No. SO (S-III)2-22/2024-Edu/11406-12GOVERNMENT OF BALOCHISTANSCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENT(Schools-III) Dated: Quetta, the 31st December, 2024 To, Subject: – COMPLETION OF RECRUTMENT PROCESS IN RESPECT OF TEACHERS APPOINTED ON CONTRACT BASIS AND TUROUGH SBK-WU IN ONE WEEK TIME The undersigned is directed to refer to the subject captioned above and to state that the Worthy Chief Secretary Balochistan has directed to communicate to all the Deputy Commissioners (DC’s), being Chairmen of DRC’s, and District Education Officers (DEOs) to complete the recruitment process in respect of teachers appointed on a contract basis and through Sardar Bahadur Khan – Women’s University (SIK-WU), Quetta within ONE WEEK time. 2. Moreover, all the DRC’s shall provide information on the prescribed format in respect of recruitment of teachers through Sardar Bahadur Khan – Women’s University (SBK-WU), Quetta to Directorate of Education (Schools) Balochistan for further processing (Copy Enclosed). 3. It is, therefore, hereby communicated to complete the recruitment process in respect of teachers appointed on a contract basis and through Sardar Bahadur Khan – Women’s University (SBK-WU) Quetta within ONE WEEK time, as well as ensure the provision of requisite information to the Directorate of Education (Schools) Balochistan on the prescribed format for further processing. 4. The matter may be treated as most Important & urgent.
