Notification / OM No. No. SO(C-1)2-1/2025 Dated 24-March-2025 Notification Issued By: Section (Confidential-I), Services & General Administration Department, Government Of The Punjab Punjab Government to Hold Pre-PSB-I Meeting for Promotion Scrutiny on March 26, 2025: The Government of Punjab, Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD), has scheduled a Pre-Provincial Selection Board-I (Pre-PSB-I) / Scrutiny Committee meeting on March 26, 2025 (Wednesday) at 2:00 PM under the chairmanship of Secretary (Services), S&GAD. The meeting will be held in Lahore to scrutinize promotion cases from various departments, including the Energy Department, Agriculture Department, and School Education Department. According to the official notification (No. SO(C-1)2-1/2025, dated March 24, 2025), the Secretaries of the concerned departments must personally attend the meeting as per S&GAD’s policy circular issued on June 4, 2020. The purpose of this meeting is to ensure thorough scrutiny and due diligence before forwarding cases to the Provincial Selection Board-I (PSB-I). Meeting Agenda: ✅ Energy Department: Promotion of Director Technical (BS-19) to Chief Engineer (Power) (BS-20).✅ Agriculture Department: Promotions of Senior Agriculture Officers, Research Officers (Agronomy), and Director General Agriculture positions.✅ School Education Department: Promotion of Female and Male Officers from BS-19 to BS-20 based on the updated seniority list as of January 1, 2025.
