GOVERNMENT OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA ELEMENTARY & SECONDARY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT Dated Peshawar the July 30th, 2024 NOTIFICATION No. SO(SM) E&SED/7-1/2020/PT/General: In order to facilitate the Teaching Cadre Employees and to streamline and standardized/automate the process of posting/transfer, the Competent Authority is pleased to approve the E-Posting/Transfer Policy for the Employees of the Teaching Cadre (BS-12 to BS-18) of E&SE Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa with immediate effect, in the best public interest. E-POSTING/TRANSFER POLICY OF TEACHING CADRE (BPS-12 TO 18) IN E&SE DEPARTMENT KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA 2.                     The indicators as per Form (A, B, C & D) will be considered for posting/ transfer as per detail given below: Form-A: Posting/Transfer of Teachers up to BPS 16 except SST (Total Marks 65) i.         Tenure in the Present Schools against the Present Posts -20 marks a.         Normal tenure of 2 years – 0 marks b.         Tenure from 2 to 3 years – 8 marks c.         Tenure from 3 to 5 years- 15 marks d.         Tenure more than 5 years-20 marks ii.       STR (Total number of Students in the school / Total number of Teachers) – 20 marks (EMA data Source) iii.      Disability -10 marks 10 marks will only be awarded only to those with physical disability, Proof required will be Special person CNIC/Standing Medical Board disability certificate. 05 marks will be awarded to those when the desired school is in his/her district of domicile 10 marks will be awarded to those whose spouse is posted in the district where the desired school is situated and the desired district is the domiciled district of the applicant Form-B; Posting/Transfer of SSTs Total Marks – 85 i.          Tenure in the Present Schools against the Present Posts -20 marks ii.         Students Teachers Ratio (STR) – 20 marks (EMA data Source) 1.     For SST teacher In High/Higher Secondary School STR is equal to (Total Number of Students in Class 9 & 10 / Number of SST) 2.     For SST teacher in Primary/Middle School STR is equal to (Total Number of Students in the school / Total Number of teachers) a.      STR at present school is greater than the desired school – 0 marks b.     STR at present and the desired school arc equal or at the same level – 10 marks c.      STR at the present school is less than desired school – 20 marks iii.       Disability – 10 marks 10 marks will only be awarded only to those with Physical Disability. Proof required will be special person CNIC/Standing Medical Board disability certificate. iv.        Domicile – 05 marks 05 marks will be awarded to those when the desired school is in his/her district of domicile. 10 marks will be awarded to those whose spouse whose posted in the district where the desired school is situated and the desired district is domiciled district of the applicant. OR For SSTs (General) working in Middle/Primary Schools – 20 Marks Overall Students Attendance Rate Percentage as per EMA data Form C: Posting/Transfer of Subject Specialist (SSS/SS) (Total-85) i.          Tenure in the Present Schools against the Present Posts – 20 marks                    a.         Normal tenure of 2 years – 0 marks                    b.         Tenure from 2 to 3 years – 8 marks                    c.         Tenure from 3 to 5 years – 15 marks                    d.         Tenure more than 5 years – 20 marks ii.       Number of Students in Class-11 & 12 – 20 marks iii.      Disability-10 marks 10 marks will only be awarded only to those with Physical Disability. Proof required will be special person CNIC + Standing Medical Board disability certificate iv.        Domicile -05 marks        05 marks will be awarded to those when the desired school is in his/her district of domicile v.         Spouse-10 marks 10 marks will be awarded to those whose spouse is posted in the district where the desired school is situated and the desired district is the domiciled district of the applicant. vi.       Latest Annual HSSC Result (of the subjects taught by the teacher) – 20 Marks Form-D: Posting/Transfers of Principals/Head Masters of High/Higher Secondary Schools (Total Marks -105) a.     STR at present school is greater than the Desired school – 0 marks b.    STR at present and the desired school arc equal or at the same level – 10 marks c.    STR at the present school is less than desired school -20 marks 10 marks will only be awarded only to those with Physical Disability. Proof required will be Special person CN1C Standing Medical Board disability certificate 10 marks will be awarded to those whose spouse is posted in the district who the desired school is situated and the desired district is the domiciled district of the applicant a.      90% or above-20 marks b.     80% to 90%-15 marks c.      70% to 80%-10 malts d.     60% to 70% – 5 marks e.      Below 60% – 0 marks. vii.       Overall Students Attendance Rate Percentage as EMA data – 20 Marks Section Officer (School/Male) E&SE Department

Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Announces Teaching Cadre Policy for Appointment BPS-12 to BPS-16-Notification

GOVERNMENT OF KHYBER PAKHTUNKHWA ELEMENTARY AND SECONDARY EDUCATION DEPARTMENT CIVIL SECRETARIAT PESHAWAR Peshawar Dated 19th July, 2024 NOTIFICATION No. SO(PE)/E&SED/4-5/Meeting/Teaching Cadre (BPS-12 to BPS-16)/2024: Consequent upon approval of the Competent Authority is the supersession of previous Notification 2012 issued for the initial recruitment of teachers of (BPS-12 to BPS-16) in the Elementary & Secondary Education Department hereby lays down the Selection Criteria and other conditions specified below which shall be applicable to all the posts to be filled on ad-hoc school-based. Method of recruitment, qualification has already circulated. 1.         Selection Criteria  i.          Appointment through initial recruitment on an adhoc basis shall be made through merit against the post of SST (BPS-16) from the domicile holders of the district for a period of one year or extendable as per rules. ii.         Appointment through initial recruitment on a regular basis shall be made through merit against the posts BPS-15 and below, non-transferable for initial three years. iii.       Test for initial requirement shall be conducted by a third party i.e. ETEA. iv.        For selection of suitable candidates by initial recruitment, a total of 200 marks shall be destructed in the following manners:  v.         100 marks of the academic qualification will be further destructed as under: A)        Selection criteria and other conditions for directed recruitment against the District Teaching Cadre posts namely; PST, Qari / Qaria, CT-IT, CT, DM, AT, TT, and PET shall be as under: Educational Qualification Total Marks: 100 SSC Marks obtained X15 / Total Marks HSSC Marks obtained X20 / Total Marks B.A / B.SC Marks obtained X20 / Total Marks M.A / M.SC Marks obtained X15 / Total Marks ADE / B.ED / Shahadatual Alamia for AT & TT / Hifzul Quran sanad for Qari / Qariya. GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN FINANCE DIVISION (Regulations Wing) F .No.2(1)R-4/2004-Pt                                                                                                 Islamabad, the 10th July, 2024 OFFICE MEMORANDUM Subject:            RESTRICTION ON THE REMUNERATION RECEIVED BY GOVERNMENT OFFICERS FROM BOARD MEETING The undersigned is directed to refer to Cabinet decision No. 172/21/2024 dated 12.06.2024 and to say that the government servants appointed to the Board of Companies/Organizations and who become entitled to fee shall only be allowed to retain remuneration to a maximum of Rs. 1.0 million (Rupees one million only) in a financial year. Any amount in access of Rs. 1.0 million (Rupees one million only) so received shall be deposited by the officer in the government treasury and record of the same shall be promptly provided to the administration wing of the respective Ministry/Division. 2.                     The above orders shall be implemented with immediate effect. Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Office of DG (HR), Rules Directorate, 309-Wapda House, Lahore No DD(Rules)/07461/21/12133-232                                                                                                        Dated 26.07.2024 OFFICE ORDER Sub:-   Revision of Probation Clause in WAPDA Service Rules 1          The Authority in its meeting held on 10.07.2024 (minutes circulated vide Secretary WAPDA letter No.S/AD(Coord)03003/MTG/1745-46 dated 18.07.2024) has been pleased to accord approval of following:- a.         Probation period shall be treated as minimum one year and can be extended upto maximum of two years. In case of extension, place of duty shall be changed. b.         During probation period, services of an employee can be terminated at any time. c.         The probation period will not be regularized automatically after two years and approval of Chairman will be required for regularization. d.         Once the services of an employee are regularized at any stage, he / she shall be considered as regular from the date of his / her initial appointment. 2          These amendments to be incorporated in all Service Rules (BPS 1-20) w.e.f 18.07.2024.
