As per the latest circular, all promotion orders, transfer orders, retirement orders, and obituaries issued by Director School Education (DSE) and District Education Officers (DEOs) must now include a QR code and be uploaded on the official SELD website. The advertisement states, “Science graduates having at least 50% marks”, but does not specify the required number of years of qualification. Please clarify whether graduates having 14, 15, or 16 years of academic qualification can apply for the mentioned position. It is clarified that the applicant (s) should possess the requisite Graduation with at least 50% consisting on minimum length, 14 years of education. Hence science graduates having 14, 15. or 16 years of academic qualification are eligible to apply for the mentioned position 2. Graduates having degrees of B.Sc/ADS. BS/M. Sc Computer Science, Engineering degrees (Computer System Engineering, Software Engineering. Telecommunication Engineering. Mechanical Engineering. Electrical Engineering, and Electronics Engineering). Social Sciences, or any other degree classified under the umbrella of Science are eligible for the advertised position. It is informed that the said posts are lying in the Elementary Schools to teach the science subjects from class 1-8. Hence the department needs the graduates in Natural Sciences only. Despite repeated reminders, many districts have failed to conduct District Selection Committees (DSCs) for vacant positions, causing unnecessary delays and unrest among candidates. Additionally, several districts have not submitted the joining database of newly recruited teachers, violating department policies. The Secretary of SE&LD has expressed serious displeasure and warned of disciplinary action against negligent officers under E&D Rules. This notification serves as a final warning to expedite the process and submit all required documentation without further delay. It shows your negligence and part of misconduct. Hence he has directed to issue serious instructions with warning to conduct the DSCs where the seats are lying vacant, and wrap up the recruitment process till 15th June 2025, as well as to submit the joining database of already joined candidates without any further delay.                         You are therefore once again advised to comply the directions of worthy Secretary SE&LD and complete the DSCs, and submit the joining database along with requisite documents, already shared vide letter No.SO(GA)/SELD/Recruitment Policy 2021 dated: 07-7-2022 (copy attached), after completion of all the official requirements/formalities, failing which the disciplinary action will be initiated against the delinquent officer (s) as per E& D rules, without any notice.                         This should be assigned as TOP PRIORITY.
