Please find notification: No. D.G/HR&TRAINING/SELD/JESTs & PSTs /Recruitment/1-56/2020/5275DIRECTORATE GENERAL OF HR&TRAINING,SCHOOL EDUCATION & LITERACY DEPARTMENTGOVERNMENT OF SINDH Karachi dated, the 05th May, 2025 To The Director School Education- ES&HS/Primary (All)The District Education Officer-ES&HS/Primary (All) SUBJECT:             COMPLETE THE RECRUITMENT PROCESS BEFORE 15TH JUNE, AND EXPEDITE THE SUBMISSION OF JOINING DATABASE OF NEWLY RECRUITED PSTs/JESTs Reference:      Worthy Secretary SE&LD directives.                         You are well aware that, the waiting period for recruitment of PSTs and JESTS through Sukkur IBA 2021, is going to be ended on 30th June 2025, but regretfully it has been noticed with great concern that most of the districts in spite of having available vacant seats in their concerned talukas/districts, not conducting the DSCs, making delay tactics, and creating unrest among the waiting candidates which creates an awkward situation for the department, which ultimately leads to face litigation,                         Besides, the DSES/DEOS were made bound to submit the joining database of newly joined PSTs and JESTS of their respective districts within one month of their joining, but it is regretfully informed that, most of the districts have given it a deaf ear and failed to submit the same in due course of time.                         Worthy Secretary SE&LD has shown his grave displeasure and cognizance over this inordinate delay and non-compliance of the orders, to accelerate the process of recruitment as well as to submit the joining database. It shows your negligence and part of misconduct. Hence he has directed to issue serious instructions with warning to conduct the DSCs where the seats are lying vacant, and wrap up the recruitment process till 15th June 2025, as well as to submit the joining database of already joined candidates without any further delay.                         You are therefore once again advised to comply the directions of worthy Secretary SE&LD and complete the DSCs, and submit the joining database along with requisite documents, already shared vide letter No.SO(GA)/SELD/Recruitment Policy 2021 dated: 07-7-2022 (copy attached), after completion of all the official requirements/formalities, failing which the disciplinary action will be initiated against the delinquent officer (s) as per E& D rules, without any notice.                         This should be assigned as TOP PRIORITY.
