This move follows instructions from the Standing Committee No. 26 and is crucial for facilitating timely appointments under the KP government recruitment plan. Despite earlier communication, many districts have not submitted the data in the Finance Department’s prescribed format. As a result, the Department has reiterated the need for District Education Officers (Male/Female) to compile and send the corrected and formatted data through the Directress E&SE Office by 26th May 2025. I am directed to refer to this Department’s letter of even no dated 19.05.2025 on the subject noted above and to state that the requisite information in the subject matter is required on the prescribed format of the Finance Department already circulated by this Department’s letter dated 30.08 2024 (copy enclosed). However, the most of the data furnished to this Department is not on the said prescribed format. I am, therefore, directed to convey the instructions of the competent authority that all District Education Officers (M/F) in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa shall be directed to provide the requisite data on the prescribed format to your office at the earliest. The same shall be provided to this Department by Monday i e. 26/05/2025 for onward submission to the Finance Department. The matter may be treated as most urgent.
