The decision was approved during a Provincial Cabinet meeting held on 20th February, 2025, and has now been officially notified via the Services and General Administration Department (Regulation-I) on 7th April, 2025. These changes aim to bring greater clarity and transparency in handling clerical errors in SAP system, service book discrepancies, and old pension claims—particularly those involving retired employees or pending posthumous cases. With the inclusion of medical technology like radiology imaging for age determination, the new ToRs are not just corrective but also progressive. In case where there are discrepancies in official documents, the Pension Cases Disposal Committee should have the authority to refer such cases for Radiology Imaging, for taking the hand and wrist X-rays in order to determine the employee’s age or date of birth. v.            The recommendations of the Committee shall be submitted by the Finance Department to the Chief Secretary for approval. This department has already suggested appropriate course of action on double dipping cases vide letters No.FD.CAO/11-12(DD)/2022/3422-27 dated 26th May, 2022 and No.FD.CAOA1-12(D.D)/2022/3591-97 dated 14th July, 2022 (copies enclosed). 2.                           Deputation, contract appointment after sanctioning EOL (without pay) with NOC by the competent authority or with previous sanction of Government for the job against a post during the said formally sanctioned EOL period shall not be considered dual job, 3.                           Furthermore, a meeting of Secretaries Committee was held on 25th March, 2025 under the Chairmanship of worthy Chief Secretary Balochistan wherein the chair directed the followings (Copy enclosed): – I.             All those who have been doing dual jobs illegally shall be proceeded against BEEDA, 2011; II.           Recoveries of Pay and Allowances shall be made; and III.          If charges are proved FIR under Section 420 CrPC will be registered. 4.                           All Administrative Department are strictly advised to proceed further in light of the aforesaid discussion, please.
