The online application portal, which opened on March 10, 2025, will close on March 22, 2025, and all applicants must submit fresh ACRs for 2024 as part of their application. However, it has been observed that many ACRs remain pending at Divisional Directorates of Education (Colleges). In response, the government has instructed all Directors of Education (Colleges) across Punjab to immediately countersign any outstanding ACRs and return them to the concerned officers. Additionally, a zero-pendency certificate confirming the clearance of all ACRs must be submitted by March 16, 2025, at 4:00 PM.
