The notification, issued on March 19, 2025, emphasizes that no unauthorized person will be allowed to enter examination centers or practical laboratories without a proper authority letter issued by either the Higher Education Department, Punjab, or the Controller of Examinations, BISE Lahore. In response to increasing complaints from exam superintendents, the Punjab Government and BISE Lahore have taken a zero-tolerance approach to prevent any form of unethical influence, cheating, or external pressure on examination staff. Any fake authority letters claiming to be issued by the Minister for School & Higher Education Department will be deemed fraudulent, and strict legal action, including FIR registration, will be taken against the holder. Additionally, sending chits, voice messages, WhatsApp texts, or other communication forms to influence exam results will also result in legal action and official complaints to higher authorities. Section 144 has been imposed around examination centers, banning parents and unauthorized individuals from entering. Apropos the repeated complaints from the appointed superintendents for the 1st Annual Examination 2025 on the subject referred to supra. 2.                           I am directed by the Competent Authority/the worthy Minister for School Education & Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab, the worthy Chairperson Chief Minister Taskforce on Examinations and Assessment, the worthy Chairman BISE Lahore/Commissioner Lahore & worthy Secretary Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab to communicate the following instructions for strict compliance by all appointed Superintendents, Deputy Superintendents and all the Invigilation Staff for the 1st Annual SSC Examination, 2025 and to be appointed such all supervisory staff for all BISE examinations to come in future: 3.                           No unauthorized person, (a person/officer/official/outsider etc) who has no authority letter duly issued either by the Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab or issued by the Controller of Examinations BISE, Lahore, is allowed to enter in the Examination Centres/Examination Laboratories established by the BISE for the conduct of Examination/Practicals purposes in the Government and Affiliated Institutions. 4.                           The worthy Minister for School and Higher Education Department, Government of the Punjab, has not issued even a single authority letter to any person or officer or official to inspect the Examination Centres hence anyone having the authority letter shown to be issued by the worthy Minister for School and Higher Education Department may be termed as FAKE. Hence holder of such authority letter may be got an FIR registered against him/her with the local police station without exception. 5.                           If any person, officer, official or employee of any Department/Office/Authority/ Formation (Lower or Higher) sends a chit, voice message, text message, whatsapp message for extension of illegal help to any of his/her near and dear one for the solution of the Papers MUST ALSO BE GOT AN FIR REGISTERED AGAINST HIM/HER without exception. The reference must also be sent to the office of the undersigned with evidences/proofs, chats, whatsapp messages and text messages for sending action reference to Competent Authority/Appointing Authority for strict action against such elements who try to disrupt the fair conduct of the Examinations. 6.                           Entry of the parents or any other persons are strictly banned in the Examination Centres & Practical Laboratories as Section 144 is imposed around the Examination Centres. If any parent insists to enter forcibly into the Examination Centres/Practical laboratories, in whatsoever capacity whether the parents are from general public or any office or formation, must be reported to the 15 for punitive action against them too without exception. Foregoing in view, it is therefore directed kindly to take prompt action through 15 and get an FIR registered against such elements along with written complaint to the undersigned for taking up the matter with the Higher Authorities concerned on emergent basis so that the fair, transparent, just, and meritorious conduct of BISE all examinations in 2025 and all the examinations to come in the years to come may be ensured for the bright future of the talent of the country.
