SO(ER-II)2-1/2024GOVERNMENT OF THE PUNJABSCHOOL EDUCATION DEPARTMENTDated Lahore the 03rd October, 2024 To All the Chief Executive Officers, District Education Authorities (DEA’s), Punjab SUBJECT:   REPORT ABOUT ADJUSTMENT OF TEACHERS WORKING IN SCHOOLS HANDED OVER TO PEF UNDER PHASE-I OF THE PSRP I am directed to refer to the subject mentioned above and to state that 5,863 Government Primary Schools, each with zero to two teachers, have been handed over to the Punjab Education Foundation (PEF) under Phased of the Public Schools Reorganization Program (PSRP). The School Education Department is committed to ensuring the appropriate adjustment of the affected teachers to nearby schools based on their preferences, in order to fulfill staffing needs in other schools. 2.                     I am further directed to request you to submit a detailed report / data on the attached proforma, containing information of teachers who have not yet been adjusted and working in the schools that have been handed over to PEF under Phase-I of PSRP. 3                      This may be treated on top priority and the required information in soft form on Excel Sheet must be submitted by Monday, 07 October. 2024 at 11:00 AM via email at soerii.sed@gmail.com. as well as through WhatsApp at 0334-5668879.
