Moreover, Law Department has informed to all Administrative Departments that Honorable Supreme Court of Pakistan in civil petition No. 3390 of 2021, held recruitment against Deceased Quota under Rule-11-A of the Sindh Civil Servants (appointment, Promotion & Transfer) Rules, 1974, to be violative and discriminatory to fundamental rights guaranteed in the Constitution vide their Circular bearing No. D.Q.1(12)/2024/215 dated 23-10-2024. It is accordingly advised to follow the instructions issued by Law Department that those candidates/applicants whose appointment order is not issued before the judgement dated 26- 09-2024 of Supreme Court of Pakistan, shall now be deemed to be null and void.” 3.
