Honorarium will be applicable to all employees (Regular, Contract, Deputation, Daily Wages, Part-Time, and Lump Sum Package) who have been on SEPCO’s payroll for at least six months as of the BOD SEPCO’s approval date. The officers appointed on lump-sum pay package would be allowed Honorarium at the rate of 70% of their pay package. Daily Wages and Part-Time employees must have been originally appointed at least one year before the BoD’s approval date. They would be allowed Honorarium equivalent to minimum of pay scale of their posts. Employees on Extra Ordinary Leave or Deputation outside SEPCO/abroad will not be eligible. According to the latest notification issued on March 26, 2025, all schools falling under the jurisdiction of the E&SE Department will remain closed from April 1, 2025, to April 8, 2025. However, essential school staff, including principals, head teachers, and clerical personnel, are required to return to duty from April 3, 2025, to April 8, 2025, following Eid-ul-Fitr holidays. Their primary responsibility during this period will be to distribute free textbooks and continue the admission process as part of the province’s enrollment campaign for new students.
