Subject: VIOLATION OF GOVERNMENT NOTIFICATION FOR FEES WAIVER ON CERTIFICATES OF BIRTH BELOW 5 YEARS OF AGE
The undersigned has received complaints by a person (requested to be anonymous) against the UC Secretary Muhammad Naseer and Councillor Aleem that they have asked for RS-2400 for 2 birth Certificate of 2 children below 05 years of age. The Complainant, in fact, showed them the fee waiver notification of government.
This is to warn you not to violate government orders. Otherwise your names will be reported to the higher authorities
