Subject: HANDING OVER OF OPERATIONAL MANAGEMENT OF SCHOOLS UNDER PUBLIC SCHOOLS REORGANIZATION PROGRAM TO LICENSEES OF PUNJAB EDUCATION FOUNDATION
I am directed A refer this department’s letter No. SO(ER-II)2-1/2024, dated 12.08.2024, and to state that to expedite the handing over process of schools to the successful licensees of Punjab Education Foundation.
2. I am further directed to state that the operational management, along with the school inventories, be handed over after verifying the CNIC and the licensee certificate issued by PEF officials in the case of Young Entrepreneur Group and Individual licensees. Whereas, schools under PSRP Phase I will be handed over to nominated employees of the institutional licensees. After the handing over process, Licensee will submit the functionality report (Annex-A), signed by the licensee, the concerned Deputy DEO, and the school in-charge teacher. Moreover, the shifting of government teachers from outsourced schools in Phase-I is linked to the NOC from PEF, in order to ensure uninterrupted educational activities at the outsourced schools.
