Subject JOINING / RELIEVING OF TEACHERS THROUGH SIS
Reference to the subject cited above.
It is stated that some reports have been received indicating that some heads are not relieving the teachers. In this regard, it is brought into notice that all transfer orders under open merit, awaiting posting and other categories have been approved through the School Information System (SIS) as per the E-Transfer Policy, 2024. No head is permitted to refuse to comply with the directions of the Govt. of the Punjab, School Education Department.
Additionally, the Govt. of Punjab, School Education Department, Lahore has issued transfer orders for teachers to be replaced as alternative teachers through the School Information System (SIS) under the Low Student-Teacher Ratio (LSTO) Transfer Orders. The list has already been released.
You are hereby directed to join or relieve all the teachers, including those transferred on LSTO bases so that other teachers can be relieve or join in timely manner. In case of any negligence the concerned District Education Officer will be held responsible.
